Getting Started at Willow Pilates
We highly recommend that clients who are new to Pilates schedule a private session. This will allow you to gain an understanding of the Pilates fundamentals and to discuss any concerns or limitations you may have. We want your experience at Willow Pilates to be safe and beneficial.
Clothing: Wear comfortable workout clothes. You will not need shoes. Some clients prefer to be barefoot, others wear socks. No jewelry please.
What to Bring: We will provide everything you need. But if you prefer to bring your own towel and water, that is fine.
Your First Session: Whether you’re trying a mat class or having a private session, you will begin the hour by filling out a brief health history form. We suggest arriving 10 minutes early so that you will have time to discuss any pertinent physical issues.
